Dr. Carrie V. Howe

  • Dr. Howe has grown up around veterinary medicine and fondly remembers watching her grandfather practice.
  • Prior to veterinary school she worked for nearly 15 years as a veterinary technician at Pavek Animal Hospital in Hopkins, MN.
  • During veterinary school she was President of the Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association where she represented the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine both locally and nationally.
  • Dr. Howe loves celebrating the bond between people and their pets. She wants to help you keep your pet happy and healthy! She loves all aspects of primary care, but has a special interest in dentistry.
  • In her free time, she loves to be outdoors sailing, camping, hiking, and downhill skiing with her young active family.
  • Dr. Howe has two energetic dogs! Gordon, a Labrador mix, and Roo, an Australian Shepard mix, were both foster failures from Secondhand Hounds Rescue.
